Maundy Thursday. Day #4 of our Beauty Pageant Movies. Now this one is slightly different because it focuses on a young girl who wants to join one. And it is actually belongs to the not-so-long list of my all-time favorite flicks (its’ framed movie poster actually hangs on top of my bed’s headboard).
I totally love the dynamics of all the quirky characters, especially the ones played by Abigail Breslin (Olive Hoover) and Steve Carell (Frank Hoover).
